After Nokia Corp. The firmware can be updated manually, then it will update itself via ovi suite by connecting the usb cable.

2. You can format the phone by doing the following: * # 7370 # followed by the code 12345.

Settings> Phone> Phone updates> Downl.Phone software> to download and install it.
4. Install the update to install it.
5. After waiting awhile, it will update and restart.
6. Check Version enter * # 0000 # to see a version of the last update.
